WHEN ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

Orders received M-F by 11am can be delivered locally same day. Orders received for shipping M-F by 11am will be shipped same day. This includes orders received during business hours, but does not include holidays and weekends. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal

We can also accept company checks for large orders. 

CREDIT CARD DECLINES

If your credit card is declined during online order processing, you will be notified via email at the time of the attempted order. 

SALES TAX

We only collect local sales tax on orders shipped within TX State. For areas outside of TX State, please check with your local tax authorities regarding any local sales tax liabilities.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, you will need to contact a Customer care representative by phone at 512-465-2323. Email cancellations will not be accepted.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Items containing chocolate will be substituted for non-melting items of similar type and value during warmer months. If an item is currently unavailable in our inventory, another item of similar value will be substituted. We will honor requests to substitute items related to food allergies when specified.  

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, description and/or errors in pricing, Austin City Gift Baskets shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Austin City Gift Baskets shall immediately issue a full credit to your credit card account.
