Yes! We ship via FedEx.
For a flat rate of only $16, we ship anywhere in the continental US!
Upon shipment, you will receive an automated email with your FedEx tracking details.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes! We use USPS for international shipping.

Do you ship same day? 
Yes! Single orders received by 11am (M-F) can ship same day from Austin, Texas.
Overnight and 2-day options are also available for an additional fee.

Can I place my order for a future date? 
Yes! You can specify a delivery date when you place your order on our website.
We will schedule your shipment to arrive on your requested date. 

Can you ship large orders? 
Yes! We love large orders!

Does each gift basket come in its own box? 
Yes! Each gift basket is carefully hand-crafted, shrink-wrapped and boxed individually for maximum protection during transit.

When will the shipment arrive? 
Upon shipment, you will receive an automated email with your FedEx tracking details.
We ship from Austin, Texas and packages will typically be delivered between 1-4 days. 
Transit times are based on delivery location. (See map below.)




Do you offer local delivery? 
Yes! We deliver locally to most 787** and 786** zip codes. 
We offer hand-delivered courier services in Austin for only $16.
If the address is outside our delivery zone, we will make our best effort to hand-deliver it on your requested date. If we ship, it will typically be received the next day. 

Can you deliver same day? 
Yes! Orders received by 11am (M-F) can ship same day from Austin, Texas. Delivery is available Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm. Weekend and holiday deliveries are not currently available.

Courier Delivery Zone - Austin, Tx

We will make contact prior to delivery, so please share a correct phone number for the recipient. We will often coordinate with the recipient for the best time to deliver. If no one is available, we will leave the delivery in a safe place and let them know a delivery has been made. Customers will be notified by email when a delivery has been made.

If an incorrect delivery address  is provided, we will contact the customer for the correction and reroute the delivery. In some cases, an additional delivery fee will be required by the customer. We reserve the right to ship via FedEx to distant local areas or apartment buildings. 



Can I pick up my order at your location? 
Yes! In-store pickup is available for local customers. To schedule your pick-up time, call or email us with your Order Number: 512-465-2323 or info@austincitygiftbaskets.com

Can I change the contents of the basket? 
Yes! We will make a substitution for items of equal value. When you place your order online, just specify the change you in the order comments. 

Allergy Warning: Products may contain peanuts and/or tree nuts. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies.

Can I add alcohol to my basket? 
Yes! We carry local area wine options which can be added to baskets for local delivery or pickup only. 

You must be 21 or older in the US to order gift baskets that contain any alcoholic beverages and an adult's signature, and photo ID will be required upon delivery. By purchasing gift baskets with alcohol, you are affirming the recipient is at least 21 years of age or older and is intended for personal consumption and not for resale.

Can I add company branded items?
Yes! Contact us with the details of your customization. 

Can you print our logo on the gift card? 
Yes! When you place your order online, you have the option to upload your logo and we will print it on the gift card.



What if something breaks? 
We take great care in packaging our gift baskets for shipping to avoid damage or breakage.
This rarely happens, but if a FedEx delivery has been damaged or broken, please email us and let us know. We will make it right! We recommend disposal of entire contents to avoid injury. We will ship a replacement.

Do you make seasonal substitutions?
Yes! Items containing chocolate will be substituted for non-melting items of similar type and value during warmer months. If an item is currently unavailable in our inventory, another item of similar value will be substituted. We will also honor requests to substitute items related to food allergies when specified.
