Shipping FAQ's

Do you ship in the US? 
Yes! We ship via FedEx.
For a flat rate of only $12, we ship anywhere in the continental US!
Upon shipment, you will receive an automated email with your FedEx tracking details.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes! We use USPS for international shipping.
For a quote, send us an email with the shipping address to: info@austincitygiftbaskets.com. 

Do you ship same day? 
Yes! Single orders received by 11am (M-F) can ship same day from Austin, Texas.
Overnight and 2-Day shipping options are also available for an additional fee.

Can I place my order for a future date? 
Yes! You can specify your requested delivery date on our website.
We will schedule your shipment to arrive on your requested date. 

Can you ship large orders? 
Yes! We love large orders!

Option 1: Send us with the details of your order by email in advance.

Option 2: You can place your order our website and ship to multiple locations in the same order. 

Does each gift basket come in its own box? 
Yes! Each gift basket is shrink-wrapped and boxed individually for maximum protection during transit.

When will the shipment arrive? 
You will receive an automated email with your FedEx tracking details upon shipment.
We ship from Austin, Texas and packages will be delivered between 1-5 days. 
Transit times are based on delivery location. (See map below.)
